'We like to keep our thumb on the pulse of the industry,' says Long. 'Platinum and diamonds are at the heart of our Designer Showcase.' Long, himself an award winning designer and graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University's School of Jewelry Design, takes an active, hands-on approach to his craft of 30 years. He personally oversees five full-time jewelers, a watchmaker and a team of GIA graduates. With all the attention focused on the designer lines, Long hasn't forgotten the basics: Good Customer Service and Value! ' We are one of the few jewelers offering onsite custom design and jewelry, watch and eye glass repair. Nothing leaves the shop!' says Long.
