The exams also support your teams career advancement by demonstrating jewelry sales, management or bench jeweler proficiency.Both the Sales and Management Certifications are open to employees of JA member jewelry stores, specifically jewelry professionals with an interest in professional development: jewelry sales associates, jewelry store managers, owners and other jewelry store employees with at least one year experience. After the certification is completed, Jewelers of America helps celebrate certified professionals share their new status with employees, colleagues, their local community and consumers.
